Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Edgar James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Mimms Walker, Susie Walker, George and Mildred Percy. He is survived by : his parents, Edgar James Walker Sr. and Dorthy Jean "Percy" Walker; his son Rylan Mekhi Walker; his brother Tim Walker (Mercedes); and his nieces and nephews, Julius Logan Walker, Zia Jeanne Walker and Jacoby Jackson Walker. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church - Columbia (1707 Smiley Ln, Columbia, MO 65202).
