He is survived by: his siblings, While and Ed; his wife Velma Moulton; his sons, David (Kris Livingston) and Brad (April); his grandchildren, Thomas, Josh, Victoria Remus, Kylee, Carter and Brit Johnson; his great grandchildren, Jaylin, Alijah, Maximus and Athena; his siblings, Dean (Marian), Tom (Chris), Joyce Bailey and Bonnie Koger; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Moulton (Wanda), Bob Moulton (Earlene) and Mary Moulton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
