She was predeceased by: her husband Charley Belk; her daughter Deloris Wilson; and her siblings, John Forest Chrismon, Louise Albertson and Vada Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Cook of Vichy, Missouri; her brothers, Freddie Chrismon of House Springs and Donald Chrismon of St. Charles, Missouri; and her grandchild Lonnie Wilson. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
