He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Patrick and Myrtle Patrick; his former wife Willa Dean Bruce Patrick; and his brothers, James, Charles, Howard Lee, Lewis, Robert, Raymond and Carl Richard.

He is survived by: his stepson James Fredrick; his grandson Jajuan Patrick Donnell; his wife Jennie Patrick; his children, Shipley, Myra Sumbry (Mingo) of Buford, GA, Floyd O. Patrick Jr. (Christy) of Fayette, MO and Alisha Patrick Boonville (Timmi); his grandchildren, Shauntoya, Terry, Ratia, Tiara, Maggie and Willa; and his siblings, Barbara Hester of Boonville, MO and Milton Patrick (Norma) of Columbia, MO.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parker-Millard Funeral Service and Crematory (12 E Ash St, Columbia, MO 65203). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
