He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leon Parker and Melba Louise Parker (Haas); his brother-in-law Donald Miller; his aunt Harriet Crouch (Haas); his uncle Bill Ellis; and his grandparents, Archie Gilbert Parker, Nova Parker (Talbert), Louis Haas and Laura Haas (Springman).
He is survived by: his children, Drury Moyers (Greg) and Joseph Parker; his granddaughter Ann Moyers; his sister Glenda Miller (Parker); his siblings-in-law, Renee Saunders, Laramie Daniel (Robert), Jannette Levie (Steve), Bill Rude (Angela) and Jonathan Rude (Joanna); and his grandchildren, Mary Keingatti, Jude, David and Brianna. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
