She is survived by: her husband Richard of Columbia; her sons, Steven Spellman (Jessica) of Columbia and Daniel Spellman (Carol) of Honduras; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Huston, Avery, Lillie, Zane of Columbia, Abigail, Jazmin and Aaron of Honduras; and her siblings, Mary Slezak (Jerry) of Illinois, Jay Seitsinger (Connie) of Nebraska and Vickie Stein of Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
