He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly J. Van Slyke. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Wittwer (Jim) of Kansas City and Gary Toliver (Carol) of Columbia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
