She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Gerald Hammontree and Bonnie Hammontree; her husband Paul Minor; her sister Peggy Adams; her daughter Debbie Varner (Randy) of St. Joseph; her stepson Mark Minor (Karen); and her brother-in-law Frank Foster.
She is survived by: her former husband Reginald Bentley (Raggs); her daughters, Kathy Sue Robertson (Dan) of Clark, MO. and Terri Bentley of Kirksville; her stepdaughters, Cindy Beets (Larry) of Florida, Jeanne Lowe (Doug) of Marceline and Cathy Ann Brumitt (Tom) of Cape Girardeau; and her siblings, Joanne Foster, Gail Lee (Steve) and Dale Hammontree (Ruth). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 25 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a memorial donation be made in her name to The Shepherd's Basket food bank in Columbia, MO (donations can be made through Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home).
