He is survived by: his wife Janet Kloeppel; his children, Levi Smith of Rogers and Claire Henson (Connor) of Falls Church, Virginia; his brothers, John Smith of Trenton, Missouri and Jim Smith (Rose Mary) of Katy, Texas; his mother-in-law Mary Kloeppel of Marshall, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa, Rick Johns of Heath, Texas and Steve Kloeppel of Marshall, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
