He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Murl Lipp and Lucille Lipp; his wife Yvonne; his children, Kevin Lipp, Randi Lipp (Andrea) and Sara Dexheimer (Billy); his grandchildren, Mindy Humphrey (Jake), Kurtis, Dugan, Ashlyn Lipp, Elizabeth and Maggie Dexheimer; and his siblings, Brent Lipp and Evelyn Yowell.
As a fitting tribute to his 28 years working for the Hannibal Parks and Recreation Department, the family is requesting any memorials be made as a contribution to a memorial bench in Jim's name for one of Hannibal's local parks.
