She was predeceased by: her mother Noretta Shaw; her brother Parker; her great grandchild Scarlett Neely; and her grandson Zachary Isbell. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Neely, Jackie Shavers, Marva Shavers and Kenny Shavers; her grandchildren, Felicia Neely, Spencer Shavers, Marissa Isbell, Trevon Shavers, Michael Kent, Jr., Princess Shavers-Hand, Essence Shavers-Hand, S'eQuence Shavers, Kingston Shavers, Prinston Shavers-Harris, Marvelous Shavers, Lovely Graves and Legend Jordan; her great grandchildren, Carmelo Neely, Nahdia Freeman, Ember Walther, Amira Overall, E'ny Hand and Aviana Jesse; and her siblings, Eloise Bryson, Charlene Abbington, Ivory Porter, Marcelia Higgins, Annie Jackman and Patty Booth. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
