He was predeceased by: his father Robert Sullivan; his stepfather Ernie Wren; his grandparents, Drucella and Jessie Creason; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie, Gerald Reed, Shirley Forsee, Bobby Creason, Johnny Creason and Margaret Creason; and his mother-in-law Annie Evans.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Wren (Creason) of Columbia; his wife Kimberly Sullivan; his children, Johnathan of Columbia and Maggie Sullivan of Columbia; his aunts, Janice Cockrell (George) of Huntsville, Della West (Roger) of Columbia, Nancy Anthony, Becky Poindexter, Dorothy Lear, Helen Golden of Mexico and Mary Belle Simmerman of Madison; his uncle James Creason (Donna) of Centralia; his niece Zea Furlong of Columbia; and his stepsiblings, Tonya Wren of Hartsburg, Ernest Wren Jr. (Diana) of Ashland and Jason Wren (Amy) of Mexico.
