He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Elvis Campbell and Nina Lucille Tickmeyer Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Colin Eber (Tiffany) of Sedalia and Cherokee Campbell of Lebanon; and his brothers, James Campbell of Columbia, Larry Campbell of Columbia and Joe Campbell (Nicole) of Sweet Springs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
