He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Harrison; his great-grandparent Nettie Tenholdder; his grandparents, Wayne, Barbara Borland, Alma and Neil Calkins; his aunt Sonia Fall; and his uncle Jeff Shipley.
He is survived by: his father Matthew W. Borland (Tonya); his cherished companions, Panic, Duke and Lilly; his children, Kolby Borland of Columbia and Brynn Borland of Columbia; his sisters, Elisia Krotzer (Eric) of Johnstown, PA and Rachelle Linn (Andrew) of Buford, GA; his grandmother Dorothy Harrison of Sedalia; his half-brother Zachary Borland of San Antonio, TX; his stepsister Julie Seiz of Phoenix, AZ; his friend Rolando E. Barry (Teresa) of Columbia, MO; his close friend Kristin Breuer (GrassRoots) of Rolla, MO; and his mother Annette Ferolito (Harrison). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the LifePointe Church (2921 W Broadway Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to John's mother, Annette Ferolito, for his funeral expenses and his children's future trust fund in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
