She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jerome and Lorene Crystal Smith (Rhodes); and her siblings, Kenneth Smith, Jo Ann Turnbough, Charlie Smith, Larry Smith, Beverly Golden and Connie Schutte.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony O'Rourke, Shawn O'Rourke (Courtney) and Scott O'Rourke; and her sisters, Judy English (Willis) and Linda Fennewald (Mark). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (101 S Collier St, Centralia, MO 65240).
