Judith Fraas Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on June 27, 2023, at the age of 84, Judith Fraas of Columbia, Missouri, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Stapleton and H. Maude Stapleton (Cole); and her sister Maureen Stapleton Flores. She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Fraas, Jr.; her children, Martin Fraas (Christine) of Shorewood, IL, Julia Fraas of Chicago, IL, Sheila Ferguson (Steve) of Glasgow, MO and Matthew Fraas (Anya) of Newport News, VA; and her brother James Stapleton (Darlene) of Emmett, MI. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and numerous family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the Benedictine Sisters of Mount St. Scholastica, 801 South 8th Street, Atchison, KS 66002.
