“i was so sad to hear of Kathy's passing. We had so many good times in elementary school through high school in Pep Club, Girl Scouts, and many UMYF meetings at Lee's Summit UMC. Plus our church camp times were so much fun! I remember Kathy as a loving, caring person who took care of everyone around her, especially as a nurse and loving mom and grandmother. We were clergy spouses who shared the love of Jesus. She will be greatly missed!”

When Mr Sims would pick us up, there would be about five of us, and he would be driving the Barracuda. I would hop in the very back of the car and look at the night sky on the way home.
