She is survived by: her husband Steve Mayes; her brother Rick Gevers (Karen Burns) of Indianapolis, IN; her friends, Dan, Melissa, Alyssa, Alaina, Adam and Alec; and her cousin Kathy. She is also survived by sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousin and many friends.
