He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ellen March Rupp; and his wife Deanna Lynn McGinnis Rupp. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Edward Rupp Sr. of Coney, Ohio; and his sisters, Bonnie O'Connor (Jim) of Bryan Ohio, Cheryl Malone (David Cape) of Edgerton, Jeannie Stambaugh (Calvin) of Edon and Jannie Eckenrode (Andy) of Montpelier, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
