He is survived by: his children, Christopher Monroe, Rozita Cason and Lisa Landers; his grandchildren, Cedric Alvis, Genzel Tennon, Mary Cason, Alexis Landers, Aliya Landers and Ariel Landers; his great grandchildren, Bella, Lachlen and Kyler; and his brother Galen Monroe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
