He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Poe and Mildred Bennett Poe; his significant other Peggy Mallory; his siblings, Raymond, David Poe, Betty Bowen and Annie Rybolt; his grandson Blake Mallory; and his stepdaughter Donna Mallory.
He is survived by: his stepson Tom (Shelley Mallory); his brothers, Ronnie, Gary, Billy and Roger Poe; his grandchildren, Marie Mallory, Damian Cavanaugh, Britney Brown and Kayse Mallory; and his great grandchildren, Cayson Cavanaugh, Cassidy Cavanaugh and Baylor Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
