She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mitchell Lynes and Mabel Clair Trimble Lynes; her husband Robert D. Ballou; her siblings, Jack T. Lynes and Mary Sue Mitchell; her niece Carolyn Lewis; and her stepsons, Brian Glenn Ballou and John R. Ballou.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Cathryn D. Ballou of Maryland; and her stepgrandchildren, Debra Glazier, Ryan Gutman, Aaron Ballou, Johanna Ballou and Jonathan Ballou. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (201 E Old Plank Rd, Columbia, MO 65203). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
