Linda will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Linda by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Linda is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Linda’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She is survived by: her children, Marc Lenau of Columbia and Charlotte Birchfield (Boyd) of St. Louis; her stepson Taylen Brown (Tracey) of Columbia; and her brother Darrell Lancaster (Margaret) of Garland, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren; and many other cherished family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbia (2615 Shepard Blvd, Columbia, MO 65201). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbia in Linda Lou's memory.
