We are sad to announce that, on April 11, 2022, at the age of 84, Mable Ballenger of Columbia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Armenia Griffin (McDowell) and WalterLewis; her stepfather Ed Griffin; and her siblings, Shirlie Hanson, Randolph Ricketts, Lealon Harris and Clarence Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Ballenger; her children, Jerry of Los Angeles, Kevin of Columbia and Carla Arterberry of Los Angeles; her grandchildren, Amelia Moseley of Los Angeles, Jessica Ballenger of Los Angeles and Leonardo Arterberry of Los Angeles; and her siblings, Sue Lewis of Houston, TX, Carol Lewis of San Leandro, CA, DeEtta Johnson (Thomas) of San Leandro, CA, Tonya Venable (David), Walter Lewis (Sharon) of Columbia, MO, James Harris (Clara) of Peoria, IL., Devear Lewis (Barbara) of Peoria, IL. and Ronald Lewis of Peoria, IL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
