She was predeceased by: her parents, Silvanus Dewey Stoner and Jennie May Bishop of New Cumberland, PA.; her husband James S. Hunter Jr. MD; her daughter Cynthia Starr Hutchinson; her granddaughter Leigh Anne Windyka; and her siblings, Silvanus Wilmer Stoner, Edgar Allen Stoner, Miriam A. Wilson and Evalyn R. Mundew.

She is survived by: her children, James S. Hunter III (Brenda) of Green Valley, AZ., Leslie Anne Windyka of Kersey, CO. and Lauren P. Weber (Chuck) of La Jolla, CA.; and her sisters, Gladys Cline and Betty Jane Sheets of Harrisburg, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
