He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Madison Moore and Rose June Middleton Moore. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Moore; his children, Matt Jr. (Megan) of Warrenton Missouri and Mallory (Thomas); his sister Dana Burnett (David) of Conway, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Lawson, Zoey, Holden and Grayden.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roller McNutt Chapel. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Crossing Church.
