He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim and Mary; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Jennings (Lance) and Suzanne Ayers (Randy); his wife Pat; his grandchildren, Ashtyn and Jordan (Emily); his great grandchildren, Jensen, Harper and Liam; his sister-in-law Connie Pendgraft; and his nephews, Brian, Brett and Brad.
