He was predeceased by: his father Gary Chase Sr.; and his grandparents, George, Isla Lookhart, Wayne and Lilly Chase.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Chase Sr. (Lookhart) of North Platte, Nebraska; his brothers, Gary Chase Jr. (Sherri Hasner) of Columbia, Todd Chase of Florida and Randy Chase of Wellington; and his nieces, Ashley Chase and Morgan Chase.
