He was predeceased by : his parents, Minert John Zuidema Sr. and Adrienne Marie Zuidema. He is survived by : his wife Gail Zuidema; his sons, Dr. Aaron David Zuidema (Mozow) and Andrew James Zuidema; his grandchildren, Alexander Jason Zuidema and Marjorie Abigail Zuidema; and his sisters, Sherene Fetch, Deborah Porter (Chuck) and Sandra Zuidema (Rob Kegley).
