She is survived by: her children, Darrell Welch (Lisa) of Pickens, Lynn Vineyard (Bob Rademan) of Jefferson City, Missouri, Velvet Butcher of Fulton, Missouri, Everitt A. Welch, Jr. (Tanya) of New Bloomfield, Missouri and Lori Lindstead (Mark) of Sevierville, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Alice and Mac.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
