He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Dean Van Tine and Marilyn Jane Van Tine (Flack); and his wife Lee Ann (Stevens). He is survived by: his daughter Olivia Rochelle; and his siblings, Marian McCormick of Norwich, NY, Kay Sturgis of New Port Richey, FL, Michele Wilkens-Ponce of Wichita, KS and John Wilkens of Osage City, KS.
