He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Snell Brown and Zeke Bartlett Brown; and his sister Norma Jean Navarre. He is survived by: his wife Denise Lee Brown; his daughter Deborah Lee Rogers; his son-in-law Scott Lee Rogers; his grandchildren, Aaron Lee Rogers and Jesse Lee Rogers; his daughter Jennifer Lee Brown; his son-in-law Lazarus Ricketts; and his brother-in-law Al Navarre.
