He is survived by: his sons, Robb Crouch of Lincoln, Nebraska and Nathan Crouch; his daughter-in-law Heidi Crouch (Chapman) of Columbia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jackson and Addison Crouch; and his brother-in-law Jay Cooper (Suzanne Cooper) of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by nephews and a niece.
