He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Allen and Shirley Rainwater Allen; and his stepson Scott Haynie. He is survived by: his siblings, Brian Allen, Randy Allen (Amy) and Karen; his wife Heidi Karnes Allen; his son Russell Allen; his daughter-in-law Tiffany; his stepchildren, Jacob Hall (Makayla), Angelee Geisler (Matt) and Emilee Haynie (Mytch); his grandchildren, Roderick, Adrianna Allen, Ben (Kayla), Ashlee, Carter, Drew Geisler, Melena Casey and Kaisyn Haynie; and his great grandchild Presley.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Columbia First Assembly of God (1100 N 7th St, Columbia, MO 65201).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Welcome Home Inc., an organization close to Roger's heart.
