She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Sallee and Susie Sallee (Sheets); her husband John Stevens; and her siblings, James Sallee, Fanny Holmes, Tina Sallee and Richard Jr. Sallee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Stevens Smith (Paul) of Columbia and Catina Stevens of Columbia; her stepson John White; her sister Carrie Wayland of Los Angeles, CA; and her grandchildren, Thomas Stevens, Bryanisha Key, Ja'Renzo Hicks-Stevens and Z'ynisha Hicks-Stevens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
