He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Youtsey and Dollie Chipley (Betty Jean Youtsey). He is survived by: his son Michael Youtsey (Angela) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Ava and Lilli Youtsey; his sister-in-law Joan Walther; his nephew Jason Walther; and his siblings, Peggy Welker, Linda Topel, Judy Maddex, Jeff Youtsey, Dave Youtsey and Mary Lou Miller.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Wooldridge Baptist Church or Wooldridge Community Center.
