“Sandra was my grandmother. Her late husband Roger was my maternal grandfather. This past June we went to visit grandma in Columbia.. She was able to see her great grandchildren as well, including her grandson who is her husband's namesake.. We returned to Minnesota on June 25, and she was hospitalized 2 days later.. We had been in contact with grandma throughout her hospitalization and then abruptly all communication ceased. We just found out today, Aug. 8, that grandma passed away. It was only”
