He is survived by: his father Bishop Charles Woodard, Jr. (Sonia); his wife Laura Woodard; his children, Jammie Buntyn, Jr., Sasha Buntyn, Joshua Buntyn and Lauren Smiley; his grandchildren, Amari James Woodard, Raheem Smiley and Sia Smiley; and his siblings, Charles "Bay Bay" Woodard III, April Woodard and Ron Woodard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Disciples of Christ (1518 Faith Rd, Kokomo, IN 46901). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
