He was predeceased by: his parent Berlinda (Ricks) of Washington. He is survived by: his father Willie of Las Vegas, NV; his children, Kelsey Burkett of Columbus, OH and Anthony Alexander of Liberal, KS; and his siblings, Ulysses (Mary) of Liberal, KS, Willie, III (Brandi) of Andover, KS, Paulette Pace of Las Vegas, NV, Brenda Faye of Kansas City, KS and Velma Louise of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
