She is survived by: her husband Mathew Sims of Columbia; her children, Melissa Forgy (Derik) of Columbia and William Sims of Columbia; her granddaughters, Jordan Forgy, Harper Forgy and Oakley Forgy; and her brother William Lonsdale, II of Tennessee.
