It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Lee Dye of Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Fred Buschbaum and Gladys Horn Buschbaum; her husband William Henry Dye (Bill); her son Jim Dye; and her brother Bob.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Smith, Robert Dye (Bob) and Ralph Dye; her grandchildren, Heather Dye, Shelby Humphrey Nelson, Chris Dye, Ellen Smith, David Smith, Emilie Dye-Howard and Jonathan Dye; her great grandchild Trayton Dye; and her sister Gloria Lacey.
