It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Constance Schaefer of Columbia, Missouri, born in Lambeth, England, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ball and Pamela Ball; and her siblings, Irene Lindsay, Joyce Salthward, Charles Arthur Ball and John William Ball.

She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Schaefer; her children, Charlene McKenzie (Clifford), Letha Blackford (Bill) and Martin Schaefer; her grandsons, Walter McKenzie and Richard McKenzie (Lacey); and her sister Rosemary Amodu. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
