He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Maude Phillips, Sr. (Pashall). He is survived by: his wife Patty Ann; his children, Mike and Shelly of Washington State; his stepdaughters, Jennifer, Janet and Jackie; and his brother Fred. He is also survived by his 5 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren.
