With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Bliley of Conception Junction, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra Bliley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Phillips and Ethel Phillips (Huff); her stepfather Elmo Murphy; her siblings, James Lloyd "Blackie" Phillips and Jean Ann Bashor (Mike); her daughter Kimberly Reidlinger; and her father-in-law Ralph Bliley.

She is survived by : her husband Jim Bliley; her siblings, Janet Bliley (George), Donna Murphy and Danny Murphy; her mother-in-law Betty Bliley; her grandchildren, Amanda Reidlinger, Rachael McKee (Klint) and Rene Reidlinger (Mickala); and her brother-in-law Jon. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
