We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2026, at the age of 74, Rebecca Jane Bailey of Concordia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Carter and Mildred Ione Carter (Willsie); and her sister-in-law Karen Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Steve Wayne Bailey of Concordia, Missouri; her daughter Angie Brown (Troy) of Concordia, Missouri; her grandchildren, Carter Warren (Lauren) of Bowling Green and Cassidy Warren (Wyatt) of Warrensburg, Missouri; her great grandchild Julia Warren; her sister Jan Helms (Max) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Bailey of Trenton and Tim Bailey (Connie) of Brookfield, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the New Boston Cemetery may be left at or mailed to Wright Funeral Home, P.O. Box 496, Brookfield, MO 64628.
