He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Jenkins and Edna Jenkins; his daughter Angie; his wife Jeanine; and his children, Steven Junior and Lori Lynn.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley Jenkins of Columbia and Angela Waggoner of Frisco, Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
