He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Vandevelde (Lesa) of Pleasant Hill, Lenny Vandevelde (Melissa) of Excelsior Springs, Timothy Vandevelde (Shawna) of Kansas City, Mark Vandevelde (Lindsey Witte) of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Ponnie Chapman (Jarrod) of Corsicana, Tonya Holmes (Raymond) of Cary and Brandy Brown (Tony) of Higginsville, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
