JoAnn Bauer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Bauer of Corder, Missouri, who passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lilleman and Pearl Lilleman (Ehlert); her daughter Jennifer Bauer; her grandson Aaron Novotny; and her stepmother Ruth Lilleman.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Bauer; her daughter Stephanie Schumaker (James) of Warrensburg, MO; her brother Don Lilleman (Gail) of Corder; and her grandchildren, Andrew Novotny (Heather), Jordan Novotny, Katie Schumaker (Stone Raaymakers), Lauryn Schumaker and Caroline Schumaker (Seth Cupp).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stewart-Hoefer Funeral Home, Inc. (1600 N Main St, Higginsville, MO 64037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (500 N Elizabeth St, Corder, MO 64021).
Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church or the Higginsville Habilitation Center - Parent's Association.
