He is survived by: his children, David Pulliam (Vickie) of Corder, Missouri, Rebecca Jusbasche (Michael) of Houston, Texas, Joyce Kosmiski (Bruce) of Kirksville, Missouri and Robert Pulliam (Gina) of Montrose, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Gina Kouril (Wade), Ashley Mitchell (Lance), Alison Agnew (Adam), Camden Pulliam (Mallory), Jared Mark (Diana), Rob Mark, Andrew Jusbasche, Brian Kosmiski (Lindsey), Cara Kosmiski (Danica), Bethany Kosmiski, Wade Pulliam (Beth), Megan Currie (Andrew), Alyssa Bueltel (Adam), Sarah Pulliam, Boothby (Robert), Jason Pulliam (Rachel) and Nathan Pulliam (Mackenzie). He is also survived by 39 great-grandchildren.
