She was predeceased by: her husband James Richard Hayes; her parents, Bernard Auer and Anna Auer; and her siblings, Frank Auer and Pat Auer (Peggy Hinrichs).
She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Hayes (Jennifer), Mark Hayes (late Sue) and Myles Hayes (Angie); her grandchildren, Kennedy, Lily, Ryan and Liam; and her siblings, Theresa Cohen (Jerry), Michael Auer (Sue) and Sister Clara (Angel).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
